Q.) I understand that if a new affiliate does not become an EA in their first 30 days with SFI, they are dropped from the T-Net. Does this mean they are no longer an SFI affiliate?

A.) No. They will remain an affiliate in the program. However, they do lose their position in the T-Net network. Should they become an EA at a later time, they will be placed back in T-Net in the next available slot under their sponsor.
